Local election 2018: Labour increases council majority

Labour increased its majority in Waltham Forest Council by three seats in the 2018 local election.

This was the first election fought by Clare Coghill as council leader. She said: "It is a huge honour to be voted in to represent the people of Waltham Forest. I am energised about the coming years and the improvements we can make to the lives of people from all sections of our community."
