Residents, visitors and families are being invited to saddle up ahead of Waltham Forest's annual community cycle event, Le tour de Waltham Forest.
Participants will be able to choose from one of three routes to suit their abilities at the event on 24 June.
The routes, which all start from Leyton Jubilee Park, will include a tour around the Leyton marshes, Walthamstow Wetlands, Lee Valley and Hackney marshes as well as some of the quiet residential streets of Walthamstow.
Clyde Loakes, deputy leader and cabinet member for the environment, said: "This event is the perfect opportunity for inexperienced cyclists to come along and have a go in a friendly atmosphere and get tips and encouragement from more experienced riders.”
"Last year more than 850 riders of all ages came together to enjoy a ride through the wonderful nature spots we have on our doorsteps, as well as experience the investment the council has made to make our streets safer for all road users."
